Welcome to Open Hydroelectric Control - Project Planning
=========================================================================

The purpose of this repository is to hold the Sphinx sourcecode, and html builds, as we define what Open Hydroelectric Control will look like, what the minimum features need to be, start thinking about the "under-the-hood" architecture should be, and put together a roadmap.

Github is the place of choice for this effort as it gives a method to allow for open modification to the documents, and a place for discussion in the Issue Tracking.

If, in the future, this is opened to more people and/or groups we can add pull requests and be able to discuss these changes there.
